That’s 1,000 spam comments since January 21, 2007 and 10,000 since November 18, 2006. That’s more than 27 times the number of legitimate comments posted to this web site since June, 2001.

WordPress 2.1
I’ve gone ahead and upgraded to WordPress 2.1. Everything pretty much worked except the plugin, WP Unformatted. I had to modify WP Unformatted to get it to work with WordPress 2.1. I’ll make these changes available when I’m sure there are no problems.
