This was a pre-season performance – the bongos had yet to be mounted on my drums and the shell interiors of the tenor drums on the right had yet to be painted blue. Check out the parabolic sound deflectors on the snare drums.

1981 Canton Bluecoats – I’m the multi tenor (quads) drummer wearing the blue and white hat (I still have the hat). Check out the stick height by the quad line – Nice!
